ISP PMO Role Profile

Purpose of Role


Make sure that all payments made are real obligations in charge of the company for goods or services received.

ISP PMO Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborating with department leaders and project sponsors to define and develop projects
  • Establishing project plans, including deadlines and priorities
  • Determining financial requirements and capabilities, including budgets and resource allocation
  • Submitting project plans and financial reports to leaders or project sponsors for approval
  • Supervising the project management process to ensure work meets quality standards and falls within established deadlines and budgets
  • Documenting the project's progress and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Ensuring the efficiency of project processes, making adjustments as needed

  • Minimum studies: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Engineering
  • Fluent English
  • Excel proficient (pivot, formulas, etc.)
  • Netsuite Experience Desirable
  • Prior full-time working experience of at least 5 years
