REPORTS TO: Regional Head of HR, US & CA

Due to the continued growth within the USA and Canada Region of the International Schools Partnership (ISP) we are looking for inspiring individuals who want to join us on this journey and become part of our regional HR/People Operations team.
Purpose of Role
We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to solely own the recruitment and sourcing for our region that is comprised of seven (7) schools in LA, FL, WA, and Canada and could increase with growth. The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a recruitment and sourcing guru, focused on all things talent acquisition, including ownership of full-life cycle recruitment for the entire region.
To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment, with a keen eye for identifying talent, and a creative approach to recruitment and sourcing strategies, maintaining, and continuously enhancing day-to-day recruitment operations within a growing team.
This job is not only about how well you recruit; it’s about how you lend your creativity to developing a recruitment and sourcing strategy for the challenging education space and being a strong “TA Business Partner” to the schools leadership team in attracting talent for our region. We’re looking for someone who has experience in supporting talent acquisition in a fast-paced, ever-changing organization that has hard to fill competitive roles. Someone who can be “hands-on roll-up their sleeves.” Travel is required throughout the region.
