ISP Regional HR Process Lead Role Profile
Purpose of Role
As the company is growing the People Processes Lead supports the group and the region in designing new process and ways of working.
The role will support the schools and employees in the region to experience the benefits of the ISP organization in the Region, in line with the local cultural practices and consistent with the local market.
As a member of the Regional team, the HR Process Lead will work collaboratively and as a close support of the Heads of the schools, heads of administration, finance department and the rest of the HR team in the group.
Reporting
This role reports directly (solid line) into the Regional Head of HR – Iberia

Key Responsibilities
Organization Effectiveness
• Deliver solutions and services to the business with high standards, support process design, setting and managing performance metrics, systems, and management of suppliers/partners to improve productivity
• Manage people administration processes
• Design regional policies
Employee Administration
• Manages HR Information systems and process solutions for the employee lifecycle management at a regional level
• Supervise the use, inputs, and accuracy of the HR systems (i.e., Data cleanse, system audit, etc.)
• Ensures compliance and improvement of all HR process
• Data Management and reporting needs: Support the Implementation of the HR Information System thoroughly and robustly in all schools and offices, including training and monthly reporting
• Supervise regional payroll process
• Monitor and support the schools in delivering Excellence in Payroll process at all stages, incl. payroll reporting and analysis and supervising 3rd party administrator
• Coordinate with HRIS to implement new features and/or improvements in the system

• Deliver the ISP employer brand and purpose, mission and values in the region.
• Develop, as a member of the global HR / People team, the policies, practices and behaviors which enable the region to deliver its business strategy and achieve its organizational goals
