                                                               Creative Designer 

 

Role description: The Creative Designer will oversee all ISP group requirements and extend the same support to under resourced schools in terms of artwork, design revisions, and creative layout. This role must be adept and well experienced with the use of computer graphic software. 

 

Line manager: Head of Marketing

Stakeholders: ISP Regional Team, school teams

Key responsibilities: 

 

  • To produce practical but creative design solutions that fulfil business and marketing needs that are aligned with brand guidelines
  • To think creatively, conceptualize and to produce new ideas and solutions
  • To design and create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional requirements
  • To design and prepare marketing collaterals (prospectuses, leaflets, buntings, banners, billboards and or newsletters etc.)
  • To complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • To coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc where needed
  • To maintain group website appearance by keeping the images up to date and relevant
  • To provide an update to date report on design progress and pending requests at the weekly team meetings
  • To liaise with the Marketing and Communications Manager, Content Writer and the Digital Lead to ensure artwork requirements are completed for the schools as requested and are parked under Teams for their necessary perusal
  • To provide support for events or exhibitions, other areas of marketing as needed
  • Is able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • To perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Company

 

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,

Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent, with a keen interest in creative work.

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in graphic/creative design with experience in web maintenance
  • Must be proficient in inDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge in converting AI/ artwork to html for eDM layouts
  • Experience in videography, photography and video editing is required
  • Good team worker and able to multitask & meet tight deadlines
  • Results oriented and creative
  • Required language(s): English
