Regional Lead – Facilities

 

Purpose of Role

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the Regional Lead -Facilities is responsible for leading the ISP operations and facilities management standards and compliance in partner school campuses across India. This role requires the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with individual school leaders, the regional leadership team, external stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure the delivery of positive outcomes across the region. This role involves frequent travel within the region and occasional travel beyond this.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role will work with the respective school admin heads to ensure the campus is compliant to ISP standards
  • Review school reports and consolidate the same for the country level reporting of metrics and KPI
  • Work with respective school admin and Head of School to plan school level capacity, for every new academic year and consolidate the same at a country level for India.
  • Identify, lead environment and sustainability initiatives for the region
  • Lead the procurement consolidation at a country level as well as standardize procurement policy across all school in the country
  • Review, consolidate and advice on best practices of contract and contractor management
  • ISP partner school admin heads will report into this role.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Any degree and a further qualification in Facilities Management would be advantageous
  • 15 – 20 years operations management in a multi-site environment
  • Proficient on MS – Office tools is mandatory
  • Good English language skills, more than one Indian language is preferred
  • Experience in leading teams of managers and senior managers
  • Operations / Facilities management in large international school chains would advantageous
