Strategy Associate

 

 

We are looking for a Strategy Associate to support our Asia CEO and CFO and play a key role in turning our Schools into Schools of Choice by working on strategic analysis for each of our schools in the region.

The Associate will interact with our top management, and also with our schools, regional and central ISP teams to enhance our understanding of school performance, catchment analysis, and competitor analysis to support our schools to become Schools of Choice in their local areas.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Associate would include:

  • Support the Asia CEO and CFO to structure business problems and develop recommendations for each school on key strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the identification of growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research in English and understand complex data to transform it into direct and insightful messages for the top management
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize information received from regional teams and market research led by strategic consulting company
  • Undertake (sometimes) multi-lingual data checking, cross-database data validation and quality control
  • Work on developing and maintaining databases, ensure data reliability, and coordinating and consolidating inputs from different sources and stakeholders
  • Lead the preparation of materials in English for top management

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of data analytics experience in Strategy Consulting, Finance or Corporate and Business Development
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and team player
  • Solid MS Excel (Advanced) and Powerpoint skills
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent English communication (reading / writing / speaking) skills.
