ISP Group Systems Analyst Role Profile

Purpose of Role  

Providing first level support and integration of our core financial system; Oracle NetSuite. The Group System Analyst will liaise with group and regional financial teams and refer change requests and issues to the group system team ensuring system governance and integrity. The role will include assisting the group system accountant with onboarding activities, process improvements, and local compliance for statutory reporting. This role will be reporting to group head of financial systems.

ISP Group System Analyst Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and support tickets raised for requests, changes and any issues with our financial system. 
  • Validate the users’ process and usage of the system and suggest improvements.
  • Document issues with resolution which impacts the financial system and update the reference library. 
  • Support the delivery of the system, configuration and processes.
  • UAT and end user training under the guidance and direction of the group system accountant. 
  • Assist with user guide documentation, templates and standardisation to ISP branding.
  • Review system performance and carry out periodic assessment governing the use of the system.
  • Regular global travel to our schools across the world.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  •  Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose issues and prioritise workload.
  • Aptitude for ERP systems, integration, governance, and standards.
  • A willingness to learn, try new approaches and be enthusiastic.
  • Experience in providing financial system support services and managing ticketing systems.
  • Experience working with group reporting, statutory reporting and consolidation of the system in an international configured environment.
  • Relevant financial or technical qualifications.
  • Proficient in Spanish or Italian highly desirable
