Purpose of the Role

The Purpose of the Role is to support and manage the implementation of all systems in the Financial and Operations areas for the schools in the Europe Region. The role will report directly into the Europe Regional Financial Controller and the Regional Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of the ISP core accounting platform, for existing and new schools and support other key ISP core system implementations.
  • Support Management Information System (MIS) implementations in connection with the ERP implementations.
  • Manage the implementation plan, by making sure all activities are being accomplished in an efficient and timely manner and by ensuring the Go Live plan is met.
  • Parameterize the accounting and management processes and look for ways of improvement with security in mind, leaving minimum risk of data breach.
  • Lead the data migration process by building and owning the data migration templates and making sure they are accurate; analyze the business and financial information to be imported into the systems and ensure it is correct.
  • Liaise with external consultants to configure system localisations.
  • Work on the process walk throughs with the Group Systems team and the schools, by making sure they are aligned with local reality (local GAAP, tax requirements…) and Group requirements and that they are understood by all stakeholders.
  • Perform and sign off the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for each implementation.
  • Conduct end user training for the different modules (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Fixed Assets Module).

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will need to have worked in ERP or other systems implementation. They will be a self-starter who uses initiative, can manage a varied workload, is deadline driven and has the commitment to seeing a change process through from start to finish. Be flexible and willingness to travel across the Region

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years working in Systems Implementation. Experience in working in international environment and finance/accounting background is desired.
  • Languages: English and Italian (French ideally).
  • Systems: ERP, preferably Oracle Netsuite, and School Management Information System desired

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work with teams with different professional and cultural backgrounds
  • Communicate clearly and correctly to inform each stakeholder about the degree of progress and achievement of tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and motivated to drive projects with autonomy
  • Microsoft SQL management expertise desired
