ICT  Systems Specialist

Purpose of Role

Responsible for providing technical support to the schools’ information technology infrastructure, including databases, server facilities, and training.

ISP Systems Specialist Responsibilities

• Supporting Integrations, Implementations, Configurations on new technologies.
• SQL Data cleaning. 
• Providing technical support on MIS to end Users. 
• Coordinating training to Systems users. 
• Updating users with new systems releases.
• Been the link between School MIS Users and MIS Providers
• Assessments/Listings Reports creator.  
• Provide Data Security.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role
• University Degree
• Minimum Years of Experience Required
• 3 or 5 years would be valued
• Language Skills
• Spanish (C2/Native) & English (C2/Native)
• Functional Capabilities
