Purpose of Role

 

The Domestic and International Agent Management Specialist is responsible for both the execution and planning for agent account management portfolio. Focusing on student recruitment is the primary responsibility. Working with agencies for opportunities to grow enrolments in this area for all ISP schools. This role will report to the Agents and Partnership Manager.

 

Objectives: 

  1. Grow Enrolments - to all ISP schools through domestic and international agencies.
  2. Superior Customer Experience - To manage and deliver a superior customer experience to all agents.
  3. Cost Leadership – To increase domestic and international agencies’ enrolments overall enrolment contribution.


Detailed Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibility 1: Overseeing Agent Recruitment (Grow Enrolment)

 

Agents

  • Lead international student recruitment in designated countries in support school’s recruitment strategy. Focusing on targeted countries, Korea, China, Japan, Hong Kong and Thailand.
  • Developing and implanting student recruitment plans together with managers for the recruitment of international students to ISP SEA.
  • Representing ISP SEA overseas, including exhibition attendance, and visits to partner agencies.
  • Managing agent networks including training and application management, performance monitoring and relationship development.
  • Providing high-quality market intelligence, expert knowledge and data to inform the development of country strategies and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Facilitating visits by schools principal, or head of schools to designated countries.
  • Promoting and supporting the ISP USPs
  • Managing recruitment activities within the agreed budget and deadlines.
  • Managing agencies performance and agent support.

 

Key Responsibility 2: To ensure that the team and agents are aware of the importance of sales activities, Supporting agents’ events for student recruitment purposes.

  • To develop productive relationships with colleagues across all Schools and to provide advice and expertise relating to international student recruitment to academic and administrative departments
  • Manages the use of the MIS/CRM to ensure robust collection of recruitment data and high levels of agencies support marketing and admissions.
  • Provides relevant and effective student support for agents and corporate partners after-sales service.

Success criteria

  • Grow agents’ enrolments to 10% of total NE contributions from Agencies.
  • Organize agent events – agent conferences and recognition.
