Regional Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist Role Profile

 

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, data-driven Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to support our marketing team. Your responsibilities will include developing campaign strategies, implementing campaigns across all digital touchpoints, reporting and optimizing digital touchpoint/campaign performance, ensuring efficient marketing operations, and subject matter advisory for digital marketing assistants.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. You also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team.

Purpose of Role

This role will be central to strategizing, implementing, measuring, and optimizing our various digital marketing initiatives to accelerate quality lead generation through student enrolment and re-enrolment, as well as to improve the experience our key audiences have with us online.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy, Planning & Operations

  • Develop and optimize the overarching digital marketing strategy across 9 schools with the aim to drive quality leads and positive perception of our schools, working in close partnership with the Regional Marketing Manager and the Marketing Executives in each school.
  • Lead as the Subject Matter Expert for demand generation and lead generation/nurturing across all digital touchpoints
  • Ensure efficient regional digital marketing operations.
  • Guide marketing executives in each school on digital marketing best practices and assist them to improve the digital touchpoints of each school.
  • Assist the schools to execute the digital marketing plan via:
    • Updating the websites and building new landing pages where needed,
    • Ensuring our paid media strategy and plans are continuously optimized.
    • Improving our marketing automation lead nurture campaigns
    • Improving our social media strategy.
    • Suggest and implement innovations to our digital marketing approach in a test-and-scaleup approach. 

 Advanced Marketing Analytics

  • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
  • Communicate and present to colleagues, senior managers, and clients in a simple, clear way.
  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent.
  • Measure the performance of online and offline campaigns.
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.

 

Requirements

  • 5 years of work experience in a similar role with proven examples to demonstrate competency.
  • Proven expertise in building dashboards & reports using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across paid media, SEO, websites, content marketing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, and social media.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, as well as familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram advertising.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Strong project management and process management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Extremely data-driven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
