 Taking care of all the operations related to Transportation, F&B, Facilities and Housekeeping.

 Job Qualifications 


  •    Candidates should be specialized in business administration or relative field
  •     Should have good communication skills and convincing Skills.
  •     Very good understanding of office management processes
  •     Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  •     Good time-management skills.
  •     Relevant experience of 12 to 15 years as administration manager
  •     In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  •     Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  •     Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  •     A team player with leadership skills


  •  Prior experience working as an Admin Manager role in the Educational field/Any Industry.
  • Willingness to work under pressure.
  • Preferably male candidates

Job Responsibilities

Administrator responsibilities typically involve planning, coordinating and managing operational processes. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly. Assess staff performance, Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the Organisation, Identify process bottlenecks, Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation, Adhere to policies and regulations, Oversee facilities services and maintenance , Purchase new material as needed, Manage schedules and deadlines, Organize and supervise other School activities, Keep abreast with all organizational changes and  developments.
