Role Profile

 

Qualification, experience and skills:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in International Schools.
  • Basic computer skills and Ms Office Skill
  • Good communication skills in English.

 

 

Job role:

 

  • Greet students, parents and other visitors as they enter the front office each day.
  • Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
  • Should be able to answer phone calls, relay messages and provide information to others in a clear and concise manner.
  • Take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
  • Coordinate with Admin Team during the dispersal time on all working days.
  • Should be able to prioritise tasks and keep the desk and files organised.
  • Play an important role in maintaining a positive image for the school.
  • Maintaining school records such as admissions database.
  • Should be friendly and welcoming to everyone.
  • Should be able to answer questions related to school.
  • Should be able to use computers, phones and other devices to perform the job duties.
  • Keeping the front office area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Receive packages/deliveries and ensure they reach the right person.
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
