Head of Marketing Claremont
Purpose of Role
The Head of Marketing Claremont will support ISP’s Head of Marketing Nothern Europe to generate leads for Claremont School, including Claremont Prep and Senior School, while also helping to increase retention. The focus of the role will be the domestic market, while some insights/support might also be required for international boarding. Roll out of optimized processes and procedures in accordance to ISP’s strategies and approach.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign management
- Assist ISP’s Head of Marketing Northern Europe with the preparation and management of the school marketing calendar including email and social media schedules.
Digital Communications
- Liaise with teacher and staff to identify stories within the school and create engaging content to promote them across a range of media, including online, email, social media.
- Keep school website up to date.
- Review performance of websites, email campaigns, social media pages and landing pages and take a proactive approach to improving them.
School Events
- Working with the Admissions teams, promote school open days, school tours and school events for prospective parents and visitors.
- Attend external events, exhibitions and fairs to promote the schools, as required.
School Communications & Brand Management
- Assist with the design of new marketing and admissions materials.
- Work with staff to ensure that branding is used correctly and consistently.
- Manage Social Media organic posting
- Hubspot Marketing email creation and management
Community and Business Relations
- Develop opportunities for partnerships with local businesses and organisations.
- Help to foster and maintain strong parent relationships.
- Identify new ways to attract prospective customers, e.g. incentives.
- Act as a school representative at meetings with corporates and local organisations.
- Build alumni programme.
Market Research and Strategy
- Support regional team in competitor analysis.
- Help to build the school marketing strategy (MAR Plan), with Principals and ISP’s Head of Marketing Northern Europe
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing function
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research and marketing plans.
- Proven working experience in content planning, digital marketing, PR and brand management particularly within the industry
- Ability to collaborate and drive initiatives and objective with peers, partners and School Principal.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
