ISP Group Insurance Manager Role Profile

Purpose of Role

The ISP Group Insurance Manager is responsible for the development, administration, performance, and governance of the insurance provisions for ISP ensuring an efficient service and delivery solution, maximising performance and best value against pre-agreed targets.

ISP Group Insurance Manager Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage, direct and monitor insurance activities, to increase efficiency and maximise performance.
  • General administration of all insurance provisions including claims and renewals.
  • Manage the insurance onboarding of new schools with the regional team.
  • Effective liaison, support and assistance with all regions.
  • Manage and collaborate with the Groups chosen brokers to gather and review renewal information for all master policies.
  • Working with the Groups brokers to organise the insurance portfolio to achieve synergies and savings where appropriate.
  • Utilise systems to manage the insurance function, analysis and documentation.
  • Support schools, regions and divisions with insurance related issues.
  • Reporting (content and format to be agreed) on a regular basis.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience and strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical with a strong commitment to deliver results.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new systems.
