Purpose of Role

We are looking for suitably qualified, inspirational and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our forward thinking and dynamic teaching team that provides quality teaching and learning for our students – commencing January 2024.  

 

The ideal candidate is one who is resourceful and innovative in teaching approach and passionate about learning. You are important in maintaining a high standard of teaching, inspire the students to be actively interested in the subject and continue to drive up performance. You will be good at working and inspiring your colleagues, our students, and their parents and will also be supported by strong leadership and systems.

ISP Early Years Teacher Key Responsibilities

  • To The candidate must be resourceful and innovative in his/her teaching approach. You must be passionate about your subject, with the ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons that engage, motivate and challenge, with a strong emphasis placed on developing pupils’ ability to achieve their individual potential and goals.
  • The candidate must promote high expectations for all students, designing learning activities that are aligned to our school’s curriculum and creating a learning culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved.
  • We welcome those with creative, innovative, and enriching ideas which will motivate and inspire our young learners.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Applicant must possess a Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with children in a classroom setting, preferable in an international school context.
  • Applicants will be hardworking and enthusiastic teaching professional with creativity and a growth mindset.
  • Strong grasp of the English Language both written and spoken with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver activities for young children to enjoy.
  • Is committed to wider aspects of school life and learning including developing students’ life skills to support development and growth.
  • Monitor, assess and write observations.
  • Can be a reflective individual who is committed to life-long learning and development.
