1. Key Responsibilities:
- EdTech Strategy & Implementation for LabSchool
- Champion the vision of the LabSchool.
- Working with central EdTech team, design, pilot, and implement solutions tailored for the unique environment of the LabSchool.
- Professional Development & Training
- Lead the school’s IT Team, ensuring seamless functionality across all technological implementations.
- Lead professional development sessions for teachers, ensuring they are equipped to leverage new technologies effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development of staff in the use of the tools and approaches being piloted.
- Create a feedback loop with educators to refine and adjust the use of technology based on classroom experiences.
- Evaluation & Feedback
- Implement tools and methodologies to measure the impact of technology on student engagement, learning outcomes, and teacher effectiveness.
- Regularly report findings to school leadership, making recommendations for adjustments or further investments as necessary.
- Contribution to LabSchool Programme and Guild
- Actively participate in the broader LabSchool guild, sharing best practices, challenges, and successes from our LabSchool.
- Collaborate with other EdTech leads across the group, driving synergy and cohesion in our approaches to technology-enhanced learning.
- Contribute to the creation of resources, case studies, and guidelines for the wider school group, ensuring that successful experiments in the LabSchool can be scaled and replicated.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with parents, students, and the wider community to gather feedback on the LabSchool's EdTech initiatives.
- Promote the vision and achievements of the LabSchool both internally and externally, through workshops, presentations, and publications.
- Change Management and Project Management
- Effective Integration & Resource Optimization
- Effectively integrate into the institution's dynamics with a proactive approach to understanding and familiarizing with available resources.
- Enhance and optimize the technological resources to contribute to the organization's growth and success, maintaining a spirit of continuous learning.

- Bilingual English-Spanish
- Demonstrated fluency in both languages, facilitating effective communication in multicultural environments.
- Experience in the Educational Field
- Proven track record of significant contributions in school environments, fostering both education and student development.
