Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park is a large campus 3-18 school located on a green 20-acre site with excellent facilities and offers a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating place to work. We are looking for Early Years (3-5 years) Teachers and Early Years Professionals to join our Early Years team to provide amazing, playful and child-led learning. You will need to be passionate about the importance of the Early Education and have expertise in the Early Years and the way that young children learn. You will be joining a large team and community of like-minded professionals who work collaboratively to ensure the very best opportunities for our children, and work in partnership with their parents and carers.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • A Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Diploma in Early Years Education.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Early Years setting, preferably in an International School.
  • A professional who recognises and understands the importance of catering for each unique child.
  • An EY expert who can design a classroom environment that facilitates learning and development through continuous provision.
  • An EY expert who recognises the importance of parent partnerships and who can build strong and positive relationships with families.
  • A positive and strong communicator, with excellent English language skills.
  • Mandarin speakers are also highly desirable.
  • Strong written English language skills, with experience in writing observations and compiling learning journals is highly desirable.
  • A flexible, dynamic team-player, who is proactive, hardworking and passionate about Early Years Education.

    About us:
    We are a unique campus, home to Tenby International School, which consists of a Primary, and Secondary School (IPC, National Curriculum for England, CIE, IGCSE and A Level) and a Malaysian Private School, Sekolah Sri Tenby (Malaysian National Curriculum). The campus welcomes over 2000 amazing students, aged from 3 to 18 years and from 38 nationalities; with 1350 attending the international school, 600 of whom will be in the primary school including a growing Early Years Centre.     Interviews
    Initial interviews may be completed through Teams. Final interviews may be carried out face-to-face.
