ISP Role Profile – Regional Admissions Manager (Ecuador, Perú and Colombia)
Purpose of Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admissions Manager to ensure the efficient execution and optimization of admission processes across multiple countries in the region: Ecuador, Perú and Colombia.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Admissions for South America, the Admissions Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the recruitment and retention processes, implementing strategies to achieve student recruitment objectives, and enhancing the overall experience for families, staff, and students.

ISP Regional Admissions Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Admission Processes:
- Develop and implement well-defined admission processes and procedures in schools to maximize inquiries, applications, school visits, and enrollments.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Manager of Chile to lead the qualification process, ensuring adherence to high standards.
- Post-sales Process Management:
- Ensure the implementation of effective post-sales process management, including student retention strategies, to exceed expectations in student retention levels.
- Enrollment Goals:
- Work collaboratively with the region and schools to achieve enrollment objectives, providing accurate and timely data reports.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Uphold the highest level of customer service throughout the school for all stakeholders, supporting families and school staff in their daily lives to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in admissions management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- English (min B2) essential.
