School
STATUS: Exempt/Salaried
LOCATION: Riviera Schools (On-Site)
SALARY: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 (Commensurate with
education and experience)
Purpose of Role
We are seeking an exceptional People Operations (HR) Administrator who is team-oriented, collaborative, “hands on roll-up their sleeves”, and has high customer service standards. The People Operations (HR) Administrator role will be focused on administering support with recruitment, new hire-onboarding, HR administrative support to include but not limited to: reporting tasks, employee file maintenance, and payroll coordination support. Under the direction of the Regional Head of HR, US & Canada, and in partnership with the Head of School/School Director, ensure all recruitment and new hire recruitment and onboarding functions are completed in alignment with ISP and school standards. This role will serve as first-point-of-contact ONLY for all candidates in the recruitment process and new hires that are onboarding all the way through to a successful onboarding. Once this is completed, all inquiries that are HR and payroll related would be supported by the People Operations (HR) shared services team.
This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment with many moving pieces, and seeks to ensure they provide a compliant “white-glove” recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and new hires.
