ERP (SLCM) Implementation Project Manager
International Schools Partnership (ISP) are currently looking for a Student ERP implementation specialist to join our truly international Technology team and support our continued growth. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the Implementation of the SLCM ERP – iSAMS across our current schools in India.

The ERP Implementation Project manager is a hands-on role, focused on implementing and supporting our core student lifecycle management System “iSAMS” across all ISP schools in India. The post holder will be involved in training our school teams’ on iSAMS, ensuring all are following best practices set out by the Group MIS manager for standardised use and consistent reporting. Along with the day to day support and management of iSAMS, he/sheis also expected to lead on new implementations of iSAMS within India as well as driving new initiatives in the iSAMS new business requirement gathering, working with ERP team to have business requirements met in a suitable manner and End User adoption of ERP Modules.
The post holder will be expected to build a close working relationship with all schools technology teams as well as the local ISP Team. This role may include travel to all schools and offices (within India) on a frequent but as required basis, providing support and training where necessary.
As part of the Global Technology team, the holder will be expected to work closely with peers in other regions to support creative thinking and drive consistencies and efficiencies globally.
Key Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the migration process from the current ERP systems to the iSAMS platform, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the transition.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and document business requirements for the ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Support and iSAMS within India, ensuring all the ERP modules are used efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with continuous training and development for key iSAMS champions at the school.
- Lead on embedding of best practices for iSAMS usage.
- Project manage all iSAMS implementations, within India.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role | Any Bachelor’s Degree level within IT or relevant professional qualifications in field |
Minimum Years of Experience Required | At least 5yrs work experience with min 2 year in a project management role in SLCM / ERP Implementation (preferably in K12 education sector) |
Language Skills | Fluency in English is a must |
Skills and Abilities | · Lead an ERP implementation. · Previous working knowledge of ERP systems · Project management expertise · Excellent soft skills · Competent systems trainer · Ability to work independently and motivated to drive projects with autonomy · Able to exercise independent judgement and act on it · Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills · Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Willingness to travel. Estimated to be 50% of travel during of Implementation projects. |
