We are seeking to hire a Marketing Executive to commence employment as soon as possible.
Purpose of Role
The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager and Head of Parent Services (Marketing and Admissions) in all aspects of the school’s marketing initiatives in order to create brand value and loyalty and ultimately increase student enrolment and retention. The Marketing Executive possesses strong abilities and good social skills and is committed to further develop personal skills and knowledge. A go-getter, keen to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
•Develop and manage the production of all internal and external marketing collaterals (online and offline) including prospectus and direct marketing materials (e.g., visuals, videos, content and copy for marketing campaigns)
•Support the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to engage audiences, and undertake campaign planning and execution for multi-channel and cross device marketing by proposition to deliver campaign metrics
•Update the school website and social media channels regularly to drive online traffic for lead generation
•Make improvements to the website and social media channels by devising strategies and tracking conversion rates
•Improve the usability, design, content and conversion opportunities of the school website and social media channels and managing any website redesign
•Assist with online and offline brand and marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and lead generation
•Utilise a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and etc, and review current market position whilst researching new technologies to keep the school at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
•Undertake market research and regularly monitor competitor performance to produce market analysis contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of the school’s student recruitment activity including lead generation
•Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Head of Parent Services (Marketing and Admissions) as well as the ISP regional team to drive an integrated digital strategy across all channels, with an eye on maximising student enrolment and retention
•Collaborate within the Parent Services team and with other stakeholders to organise and promote marketing initiative events (Open Days, Coffee Mornings, etc) and champion content that leads to opportunities for enhancement
•Ensure all marketing collaterals, email marketing, website content and digital marketing is thoroughly proofread, adheres to brand guidelines and meet standards.
•Build landing pages and monitor traffic.
•Work independently with minimal supervision, displaying self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Communication, Marketing, and PR
• To ensure professional and effective communication and consultation, as appropriate, between colleagues, parents and students at Asia Pacific Schools.
• Publicise and celebrate achievements.
• Assist with the organisation of open evenings, consultation events and other events relating to the campus.
• To contribute to marketing activities for Asia Pacific Schools.
OTHER EXPECTATIONS
• Fully and positively participate in the campus’s performance appraisal scheme in order to develop and enhance personal and service performance.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties requested/assigned as required by the Line Manager, especially with regard to the campus’s administrative functions.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
•Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans, with a strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience in creating engaging content for different target audiences. Proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
•Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Experience in working with cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
•Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality and error-free work
•Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
•Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
•Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
•Highly creative with excellent copy writing and visual marketing skills.
•Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
•Hands on experience with social media, digital marketing software and tools. Experience with HubSpot will be a plus.
•Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
