Marketing Executive
Purpose of Role 
The Marketing Executive supports the Regional Marketing team, working alongside key members of the Regional and School teams to deliver quality leads to meet enrolment targets. Based at ISP Malaysia’s regional office, this role involves supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns to amplify ISP Malaysia’s brand presence and maximise lead generation.

Marketing Executive 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Maintain an annual marketing calendar overview of advertising schedules, publications and events.
  • Maintain the marketing budgets with expenditures throughout the year including processing invoices.
  • Support in the generation and collection of school content for admissions and marketing (e.g., videos, infographics, and text).
  • Support content updates and development for customer relationship management (CRM) workflows.
  • Support content updates and development for school websites and landing pages.
  • Lead the production of admissions and marketing materials and merchandise, both in print and online.
  • Coordinate and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers for printing, merchandise, and other purchases.
  • Support external marketing activities, including but not limited to print advertising, out-of-home advertising and events.
  • Manage and maintain all online listings for our schools.
  • Support in the preparation of reports on all competitive media communications, both online (e.g., websites, social media) and offline (e.g., print, billboards and signs, television, etc).
  • Support with market research and competitive intelligence reports on the local school market, customer research, and competitor information.
  • Keep abreast of the programmes, products, and events offered by other schools.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Line Management 
The Marketing Executive will report to the Content Writer.

Stakeholders
  • Internal: ISP Regional Team and School Marketing and Admissions Teams.
  • External: Key Agency Partners.
Qualifications and Experience 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication or a Business-related discipline.
Experience and Skills:  
  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Prior experience in the education industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, and work in a fast-changing and evolving environment.
  • Creative written skills.
  • Superior organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot is an advantage.
  • Good command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia, written and oral. 
  • The ability to read, write and converse Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Photography and video skills are an advantage.
