Digital Marketing Executive 
 
Purpose of Role
The Digital Marketing Executive supports the Regional Marketing team, working alongside key members of the Regional and School teams to deliver quality leads to meet enrolment targets. Based at ISP Malaysia’s regional office, this role involves supporting digital marketing initiatives and campaign optimisation to enhance brand visibility and maximise lead generation for ISP Malaysia’s schools.

Digital Marketing Executive
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate, strategise, and deploy ad campaigns across social media channels and the Google Search and Display network.
  • Optimise landing pages and registration forms for better conversions.
  • Develop standardised reporting using Google’s Looker Studio, integrating analytics provided through Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Hubspot.
  • Support the maintenance and ongoing development of the school websites, landing pages and content.
  • Support the creation of landing pages and thank you pages when required i.e. campaigns and events (both internal and external).
  • Lead the creation of website forms via Hubspot.
  • Support appropriate search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to leverage opportunities within organic search listings.
  • Monitor, analyse campaign performance, evaluate campaign data, make statistically stable and relevant optimisations and recommendations on the channels mentioned above.
  • Research and stay updated with the latest performance marketing and industry trends, techniques, tools and traffic sources to be aware of the best practices for our marketing strategies.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Keep abreast of the programmes, products, and events offered by other schools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Line management
The Digital Marketing Executive will report to the Digital and Customer Relationship Manager.
 
Stakeholders
  • Internal: ISP Regional Team and School Marketing and Admissions Teams.
  • External: Key Agency Partners.
Qualifications and Experience
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication or a Business-related discipline. 
 
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Prior experience in the education industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent digital marketing skills across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and use of content management systems such as Wordpress.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot is an advantage.
  • Superior organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, and work in a fast-changing and evolving environment.
  • Good command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia, written and oral.
  • The ability to read, write and converse Mandarin is an advantage.
