About the role
We're looking for a passionate and strategic marketing leader to champion our products in the marketplace.
As Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, driving demand generation, and spearheading successful product launches. You'll be a customer-centric leader with a deep understanding of the education market landscape and a proven ability to translate product and services features into clear value propositions.
We are looking for someone who has experience on brand and communications, who is ready to influence a growing organization with its passion, experience, and attitude. Kind, open-minded, bold, creative, determined, hands on. An individual that can inspire groups, someone that feels comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders on Mondays, writing a piece of content on Wednesdays and coaching colleagues on Fridays.
This role leads a team of 2 Product Marketing Specialists and the In-house Graphic Design team and will closely collaborate with the Brand Content and Communication Manager and Brand Digital Marketing Manager. The Product Marketing Team Lead will report to Group Head of Brand.

A few crucial considerations before we get into the detail:
- The role will be preferably based in the UK, but we will consider all locations at this stage.
- Native/Bilingual English is required as this role will need heavy copywriting skills. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead the product marketing team, defining a clear vision, setting ambitious goals, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment where everyone thrives.
- Develop and execute strategic product launch campaigns that generate excitement, drive user adoption, and achieve key growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Learning & Innovation, EdTech, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align seamlessly with overall organizational goals.
- Bridge the gap between central and regional/local marketing functions, ensuring all marketing activities support enrolment and retention goals, and ultimately enhance the customer experience.
- Drive the development of consistent messaging frameworks and ensure consistent communication across all channels (internal and external).
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform effective product positioning and messaging strategies.
Product Launch & Assets development
- Craft compelling product messaging and marketing collaterals that resonates with target audiences across various channels (online and offline) to drive engagement and action.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content (e.g., marketing collaterals for schools, presentations, social media updates, newsletters, and website content) tailored to specific audiences.
- Partner with the content and communications and digital teams to develop a cohesive content strategy for all marketing channels.
- Identify opportunities to leverage and repurpose content across different areas of the business to maximize impact.
- Foster a positive and informed organizational culture by developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies.
Insights & Measurement
- Implement tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Regularly report on marketing campaign performance and its impact on achieving business objectives to the leadership team.
- Manage the product marketing budget and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in product marketing or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Prior experience in the education industry or the K-12 education sector is desirable but not mandatory.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Visionary Thinking: Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset and the ability to anticipate market trends and customer needs. Proven ability to develop and execute long-term product marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
- Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong influencing skills to gain buy-in and support for product marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Hands-on Attitude: Demonstrated ability to work hands-on and take a proactive approach in executing marketing initiatives. Willingness to roll up sleeves and delve into the details when needed to drive results and achieve objectives.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms to track and measure marketing performance.
