ISP Emiratisation Lead
Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The role of the Emiratisation Lead is expected to deliver Regional Emiratisation strategy, meet Emiratisation targets aligned with the quotas set by the government and support a smooth and efficient recruitment process for Emirati’s in our UAE Schools. The Emiratisation Lead is the first point of contact for all Emirati staff for the recruitment and Onboarding process. The post holder collaborates with the HR Managers and Principals in the recruitment and retention of Emirati staff in schools and reports to the Regional HR Director, ME. This role is crucial to the sustained growth of the schools, their promotion as the school of choice in their local area, and the effective delivery of the amazing learning message that is at the center of the ISP vision.
