ISP Group Educational Visits Coordinator Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The Group Educational Visits Coordinator reports to the Group Head of Operational Risk. The position is responsible for completing desktop audits to ensure schools are meeting the ISP educational visits standards and providing help and guidance This role is to be based in the UK office, Wimbledon.

ISP Group Educational Visits Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Schools
- Carry out ad-hoc audits of educational visits risk assessments to ensure schools are meeting the standards set by ISP.
- Working with the Group Safety Managers ensure schools are using the Group’s online system to carry out educational visit risk assessments.
- Supporting schools to manage risks identified in the risk assessment process.
Reporting
- Define and produce periodic reporting that provides insight into educational visit information that will support decision making at regional, divisional and group levels of ISP.
- Define and produce monthly statistics on number of trips per month by school.
Training
- Working with the Group Safety Managers to highlight training needs.
- Working with the Group Operational Risk Training Manager and Group Safety Managers to produce training material that will support the improvement of risk management on educational visits across the group.
Other
- Perform any other reasonable tasks or activities that are assigned.
- To be fully effective, the role requires collaboration with colleagues and partners at a variety of levels, including SLT, management, contractors and consultants.
- Adhere to the ISP policies, rules and procedures including but not limited to Code of Conduct, Health and Safety, Dignity at Work, and all other legislative, governance and best practice requirements.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Working knowledge of educational visits.
- Demonstrable understanding of the safety and safeguarding risks that schools may encounter on educational visits.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and safety within schools.
- Previous school management experience is desired.
- International education experience is desired.
- Bilingual English and Spanish essential
- Additional languages desirable (Portuguese or Italian)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Disciplined, self-motivated and focused on targets - able to work in isolation.
- Driven and able to meet realistic deadlines.
- Adaptable to different cultures and situations.
