Junior/Senior Admissions Executive (Events) Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The Junior/Senior Admissions Executive (Events) is responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of events and extracurricular programmes designed to engage prospective students and their families. This role involves managing afterschool clubs, Saturday sports, winter camps, holiday programmes, and admissions-related events. Additionally, the Executive will work with agents to enhance recruitment efforts and provide support to the admissions team as needed.

- External: Current and Prospective Students and their Families, External Agents and Partners
Report to
- Marketing & Admissions Manager
Key Responsibilities
To demonstrate successful planning and implementation across available channels that will result to enrolments.
- Tracks and monitors QL to Enrolment conversions via KPI report on a weekly basis with supporting analysis and action points provided by the Marketing and Admissions Manager.
- Works closely with the Marketing and Admissions Manager by giving feedback on lead quality, sharing insights from potential parents and providing ample prompts/ alerts with regard to upcoming events/webinars, or school related initiatives aimed at new recruitment.
Agent & Event Programme Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with agents, feeder schools, and partners involved in student exchange, afterschool clubs, Saturday sports, winter camps, holiday programmes, and admissions-related events.
- Coordinate and promote afterschool clubs, Saturday sports programmes, winter camps, and holiday programmes.
- Organise activities and arrange staff manpower for all programmes.
- Serve as the main contact for agent enquiries.
- Plan, organise, and execute admissions and marketing events such as open days, admission days, campus tours, school events, and roadshows.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup and attendee registration.
- Communicate with third parties about event enquiries and logistics.
- Engage contracts with vendors and service providers.
Admissions Enquiry Service:
- Conduct informative and engaging school tours for prospective students and parents, highlighting the school's facilities, programmes, and unique offerings.
- Provide personalized consultations to address parents' questions and concerns, guiding them through the admissions process.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the school.
- Respond promptly to admissions enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow up as needed.
- Direct current parents' concerns to the school secretary and ensure they are resolved.
- Support sales activities within budget constraints and assist in developing marketing strategies.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective sales techniques.
- Monitor and respond to online enquiries through social media platforms.
- Photograph of school events for promotional use to support manager for social media platform.
Achievement of Targets:
- Achieve personal KPIs related to recruitment, event management, and enquiry conversions as set by the Marketing & Admissions Manager.
- Regularly review and assess performance against these targets to ensure continuous improvement.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas related to the role.
- Seek feedback and implement improvements to exceed performance expectations.
And to undertake any reasonable duty from time to time, as required by the Campus Principal.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in an admissions or marketing role preferred
Skills:
