School ERP Software Specialist / Data Manager
Purpose of Role
We are seeking a highly skilled School ERP Software Specialist to join our educational institution. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and optimize our school's ERP software system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational technology, experience with managing ERP systems (specifically MCB and Fedena), and possess a solid understanding of school operations.

Data Manager Executive Key Responsibilities
- ERP System Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the school's ERP software system.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users (teachers, administrators, and staff) on ERP-related issues.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure management of school data within the ERP system, including student records, attendance, grades, and administrative information.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff to maximize utilization and efficiency of the ERP system.
- Customization and Integration: Customize ERP modules as per school requirements and integrate additional functionalities as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSc/BSc IT) or related field. Master’s degree (MSc) preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing and maintaining ERP systems, specifically in an educational institution.
- ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in iSAMS, MCB and Fedena ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency in Project Management skills, system administration, and software customization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse set of stakeholders like Parents, Teachers, Head of Schools & Admin staff.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and school requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity in working with educational institutions(Specifically K12, CBSE & Cambridge curriculum), aware of policies, regulatory requirements & School structure.
