Purpose of Role
Hiring Special education Teacher having formal teaching experience of handling special needs learners at school.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from accredited university
- Must have 3 to 8 years of teaching experience
- Has good communication skills to teach
Preferred:
- Willing to put in the effort as required by the school /university guidelines
- Ability to engage the class and create a learning environment
- Other relevant qualification related to special needs/RCI will be advantageous.
- Assessing children’s skills and learning requirements
- Designing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with parents and school staff to track students’ progress
Actively engage with students, create lesson plans, assign and correct tests, assignments & homework, manage students in the classroom, communicate with parents, help students prepare for standardized testing, Attend weekly staff meetings, work with individual students to motivate their abilities and support them to overcome their challenges.
