ISP Regional Marketing Manager Role Profile

 

Purpose of Role

We are seeking a creative and impact-orientated marketing manager to promote both ISP and our individual schools in a way that builds positive memorability as well as qualified leads. In this role, you will be designing and optimizing our marketing strategies and campaigns, whilst ensuring top-notch marketing operations and stakeholder management.

This role will report directly to the Regional Head of Marketing, with a high level of collaboration with the Regional Head of Admissions, school Principals, school marketing assistants, and marketing agency support network.

The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing high impact omnichannel marketing campaigns in the private education sector while managing and inspiring a large number of stakeholders. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing operations, long-term strategy, and creative content development (written and visual), and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Due to the International profile of the School, it will be helpful for the post holder to be fluent in both English and Arabic, in oral and written form, however not essential.

ISP Regional Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Work with Regional Head of Marketing, Principals and school marketing specialists to produce the Annual Marketing Plan for each school
  • Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the parent journey, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

Content marketing

  • Partner with schools to develop their content calendars
  • Work with school marketing assistants to ensure content across all touchpoints is up-to-date and correct (social media, website, emails, out-of-home advertising, flyers, rollups, etc.)
  • Partner with schools and agencies to develop engaging, well-written content that drives both memorability and conversion
  • Ensure key messaging, brand, and corporate identity is used consistently throughout the School.
  • To be the brand ambassador to ensure brand guidelines are implemented and used appropriately.

Marketing operations

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support from the schools and driving collaboration
  • Manage the Central Marketing Services for the schools under your remit, ensuring requests incoming from schools are assessed, prioritized, and executed on time and in full with excellent expectation management.
  • Work with the finance department to ensure the annual marketing budget per school under your remit is on track and recommend changes which may be required from time to time to reflect market conditions.

Marketing reporting and optimization

  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
  • Analyse the impact of current marketing initiatives per school under your remit, recommend actionable solutions and ensure optimizations happen in a timely fashion.

 

Other Responsibilities

Duties listed in this job description will be discussed with the post holder when appointed with some flexibility in order to play to the strengths of the post holder and the needs of the school.

In addition to the specific duties listed above, the post holder will also be expected to undertake other such reasonable responsibilities and tasks that may from time to time to be assigned by the Head of School, or the Divisional CEO for (ME & Europe) and to uphold the core values of The International Schools Partnership. They must follow all school and regional processes that will fall within their job roles

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Person specification

  • Proven success developing and executing creative and impactful omnichannel marketing campaigns, preferably in the education sector
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Extremely strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Skilled at content marketing and social media marketing
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across a high number and range of stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing or communications
  • Arabic Speaker desired

 

Experience

  • Years of experience – 5 minimum in a Marketing Manager role in the education sector preferred
