Recruitment Manager Role Profile
Purpose of Role
Hiring Recruitment Manager for school with formal recruitment experience. Manage end to end recruitment as per the school hiring plan by finding candidates for open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and objectives. Handle requirement posting, sourcing, screening and scheduling. Work closely with the Hiring leaders to close the positions. Coordinate all rounds of interviews; provide feedback to the candidates in a timely manner. Adhere to the Safer recruitment norms and conduct joining formalities. Follow school protocols diligently.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
•Candidate must have good communication skills
•Searching for and approaching suitable candidates from job portals and other sourcing avenues
•Designing and updating job descriptions
•Posting job requirements to attract applicants
•Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes with required communications to the concerned candidates and hiring managers
•Maintaining a lead database
•Maintain Metrics and generate recruitment reports
•Creating offers and acknowledgement of selected candidates.
•Conduct reference checks and manage onboarding and joining of the candidates
•Must align self to the timelines and achieve targets as desired.
•Recruitment experience in education industry
•Strong work ethics
•Good working knowledge on social network
•Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
•Post-graduation in HR or people function discipline
•Cold calling skills, networking skills and be able to extend work as per the need.
•Must be able to work under pressure
•Experience 4 to 6 years.
