Purpose of Role
Hiring HR Executive for school with formal experience in all HR related tasks. Manage end to end recruitment as per the school hiring plan by finding candidates for open positions and will be taking care of other HR related tasks.

HR Executive Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and objectives. Handle and Managing recruitment posting including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks and police verification process.
- Work closely with the Hiring leaders to close the positions. Coordinate all rounds of interviews; provide feedback to the candidates in a timely manner.
- Conduct joining formalities. Follow school protocols diligently.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must have good communication skills
- Recruitment experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Strong work ethics.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Post-graduation in HR or people function discipline.
- Cold calling skills, networking skills and being able to extend work as per the need.
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Experience 3 to 5 years.
