The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator/Assistant supports the administrative team in delivering efficient admissions processes and assisting with marketing efforts to promote the school and enhance its reputation in the local community. The role provides a friendly and welcoming service to students, staff, families, and visitors, ensuring smooth administrative operations and contributing to the school's growth and public image.
To work as part of the administrative team, providing a friendly and welcoming service to students, staff, families and visitors in a manner that truly reflects the values of our school. The post holder is expected to be able to prioritise tasks and to manage their workload with a minimum of supervision to ensure the admissions processes, marketing strategies, protocols, and procedures maximise retention of students, drive enrolment growth, build a credible positive public image, and strengthen the International School Andalucía and ISP brands across Spain.

Admissions: Assist with scheduling and organizing admissions appointments and interviews with new families. Maintain accurate and organized records of student data and documentation. Support in coordinating entrance tests and evaluations. Prepare and submit basic KPI reports to the Central Office. Provide general administrative support related to the admissions process.
Marketing Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and marketing collateral. Assist in managing social media accounts, including posting updates and engaging with the community. Help update the school’s website with relevant and timely content. Conduct basic market research and analysis to support marketing strategies. Assist in organizing and promoting school events for prospective and current families. Take photographs and document school events for use in communications and marketing efforts.
Community Engagement Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and relocation agencies to support student recruitment. Assist in creating periodical newsletters and bulletins for staff and families. Provide support for student and family participation in community and school-wide events.
General Support Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in maintaining school calendars and schedules. Support translation needs and other tasks as required.
