CBSE Headmistress / Headmaster high School plays a crucial role in managing the academic operations and maintaining the high standards of education in the school. The purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the high school, ensuring effective teaching and learning, supporting teachers, and ensuring the well-being of students. The person will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including subject leaders, parents, and the administration, to ensure smooth and efficient school operations, as well as leading the effective administration of CBSE examinations.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, parents, teachers, and external stakeholders.
Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role in a high school setting, with a focus on curriculum management, teacher support, and student well-being.
1. Student Management & Development:
Event & Field Trip Management: Oversee the organization of assemblies, events, celebrations, and field trips, ensuring they align with educational objectives.
Academic Performance Monitoring: Ensure the timely completion of student corrections, report cards, grade books, and comments.
2. Teacher Management & Support:
Teacher Mentoring & Counseling: Offer guidance and mentoring to teachers, including new hires, on classroom management, teaching strategies, and student behavior.
3. Operations & Administration:
Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication between parents, students, teachers, education boards, and the school’s Internal School Planning (iSP) team.
Cross-departmental Coordination: Coordinate with IT, HR, and Admin departments for system support, recruitment, retention plans, and operational matters.
