Regional HR Operations Manager
Purpose of Role
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency in processes, and managing administrative tasks within the HR department. This role works closely with the Regional Head of HR to implement the ISP people plan and deliver high-quality HR services across the region. From payroll management to reinforcing the ISP brand, the HR Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless HR service delivery while supporting the overall strategic goals of the regional HR team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Retire)
- Manage onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate employee records and compliance across life cycle stages.
- Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience.
2. HR Reporting and MIS
- Deliver dashboards and reports on HR Metrics: headcount, attrition, and workforce trends.
- Provide insights through data analysis to inform HR strategies.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and secure reporting practices.
3. Grievance Management
- Develop and execute effective grievance resolution frameworks.
- Ensure timely closure and track grievance trends for improvements.
- Train HR teams on handling escalations and maintaining policy adherence.
4. Mentoring Unit HR Teams
- Conduct training and provide coaching on operational best practices.
- Develop process guidelines and ensure compliance with policies.
- Monitor and support team performance improvements.
5. Policy Creation and Administration
- Draft, update, and communicate HR policies ensuring legal compliance.
- Conduct policy audits and implement feedback-based improvements.
6. Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely disbursements.
- Manage employee benefits programs and vendor partnerships.
- Maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.
7. General HR administration and compliances
- Ensure compliances with local laws and ISP policies, DOA etc.
- Lead projects to streamline the functioning of the HR function.
8. Learning and development
- Manage the coordination of talent and leadership development to achieve regional and school goals and create an effective pipeline of talent.
- Actively promote interaction via The Learning Hub, as a key professional development mechanism and a means by which staff across the ISP school community can interact and support one another.
9. Employee Engagement
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to leverage HR metrics for decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver the full spectrum of HR services in fast-paced, dynamic, and commercial environments.
- Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore, India.
