ISP Talent Data Coordinator Role Profile
 
Purpose of Role
This short-term role involves cleansing and categorising more than 200,000 candidate profiles within ISP's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The primary focus will be on ensuring GDPR compliant communication with candidates, eliminating duplicate profiles, validating data, and organising candidate pools to enhance future recruitment efforts. The position is based in Bangalore, India, (hybrid) and is a full-time role for an initial three month period.

ISP Talent Data Coordinator Key Responsibilities
  • Review and cleanse a candidate database of 200,000+ records in the current ATS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Identify and merge or remove duplicate, incomplete, or outdated candidate profiles. 
  • Work closely with IT and compliance teams to ensure all data processes meet GDPR and data protection standards. 
  • Draft and send communications to candidates requesting updated permissions to remain in ISP’s talent pools.
  • Create and organise candidate groupings (talent pools) by region, subject area, and language within the ATS.
  • Maintain internal documentation and generate regular reports on data quality, project progress, and compliance. 
  • Provide recommendations for system tagging, categorisation, and tracking based on candidate attributes and sourcing needs.
 
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience working within an ATS or CRM system (such as Workday, Jobvite, or similar) highly desirable.
  • Strong data management skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and compliance standards related to candidate information.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills, particularly for drafting clear, professional outreach messages to candidates.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote, global teams.
  • Prior experience in recruitment operations, HR administration, or data cleansing projects is highly desirable. 
  • Willingness to work on a hybrid basis from our Bangalore office for the duration of the contract.
