About the role

Working closely with the Proof-of-Concept Programme, the Bi Lingual Systems Trainer will be part of a team of regional trainers successfully delivering training both onsite and online to new and existing schools on the end to end MIS/NetSuite solution.

To support training to national and international schools, the role holder will be required to fluently deliver training in both English and Spanish.

The role will also involve maintaining and developing training materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train schools on the iSAMS/NetSuite solution. Assist with the system configuration and set up to ensure the system best fits their needs.
  • Work with the Programme Implementation team to design training programmes responding to the individual school requirements based on the implementation plan and roll out approach agreed with them.
  • Work with existing schools to ensure they are getting the optimum out of the iSAMS MIS and NetSuite platforms.
  • Deliver training both onsite and online to groups and on a one-to-one basis.
  • Assist with the development of new training courses and materials including user guides and videos.
  • Assist with the training of new and existing school staff, including provision of refresher training.
  • To evaluate the success of training delivery and to use feedback to adapt and improve future training, both content and delivery.
  • To develop and maintain a deep understanding of the iSAMS & NetSuite product and system developments (features/functionality/products/services).
  • Help develop best practice guidelines and instructions for iSAMS/NetSuite modules and promote usage of modules to schools where they can offer clear benefit.
  • Whilst the global training capability is developed, be prepared to train schools in other regions/countries either remote or on-site.
  • Work effectively within the team of Regional iSAMS/NetSuite trainers to share knowledge & best practices and provide cover during absences.
  • Develop effective relationship with software vendors to understand roadmap of changes to the platforms and resulting changes in standard vendor training courses, incorporating those changes into the ISP materials.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks or projects which support ISP business needs and are within the post holders’ capabilities.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
    Previous experience of teaching or delivering training, ideally online as well as in person and if this includes technology/software training it would be advantageous
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An organised approach, with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A self-motivated team player combining excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
  • A flexible ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to respond to changing priorities when required
    An advocate for technology and IT proficient (MS Office)
  • Experience of working in the education sector and previous experience working with a Student IT (MIS) system would be beneficial, as would fluency in other languages as well as English and Spanish
