About the role
Located in the UK (Office / Remote) and reporting to the Group Head of Technology, we are seeking to hire a Technical Support Lead. The role will be responsible for owning and managing key technology, infrastructure and support provided to our central office team in Wimbledon.
The Technical Support Lead will be supporting the Technology Leadership Team, working closely with and supporting all members, ensuring our vision, core objectives and ambitions are realised collectively.
As the primary leader of multiple cloud-based platforms, we are seeking a highly adaptable candidate who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to these and more. Helping us to secure, standardize and drive amazing value through efficiencies and improved use of business-critical tools
Cloud Platform Ownership
The selected candidate will be a centralised owner for all technology-managed cloud platforms, removing the pressures of “part-time” ownership currently filled by various members of the TLT.
Along with platform ownership, we expect the day-to-day administration to also be a core responsibility of this role. Ensuring key processes and initiatives are enhanced through better use of these tools
Supporting the business users of these tools, both cross-functionally and within the TLT is of critical importance to us. Improving resource overheads and inefficient support processes, will ensure our teams can operate much more efficiently.
