The International Schools Partnership (ISP) is a growing group of international schools which believes in amazing learning and is committed to getting better all the time. We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-focused Research Analyst to join this dynamic and results-driven Investment and Partnerships team.

About the role

This is a remote working role for a candidate based in Malaysia or Vietnam (although other SE Asian countries may be considered).

A research analyst is responsible for researching and engaging with schools, capturing relevant data and updating our Customer Relationship Management system.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and computer literate. 

Key Responsibilities: Direct Market Research and Engagement 

  • Working with a wide range of information tools and proprietary databases to engage with schools and small businesses across SE Asia and Japan
  • Using online tools to find high level market information and capture relevant data
  • Communicating effectively over the phone and face to face in English
  • Using MS Office tools to produce summaries of research findings

 About You

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Highly computer literate and able to accurately input data at pace
  • Able to work independently and within a wider team
  • An eye for detail
  • A university degree or equivalent: suitable for a recent graduate
  • Fluency in additional regional languages is highly desirable: particularly Thai or Vietnamese
  • Strong data organisation, analysis and interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong local cultural understanding
  • Able to produce clear, concise summaries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
